Sunil Bochare M.D
Founder & CEO
Dr. Bochare, a Pediatrician at University Health in San Antonio and adjunct faculty at UTHSCSA, completed his residency in Michigan and a fellowship at MD Anderson. With 11+ years in Pediatric Urgent Care, he focuses on care quality and antibiotic stewardship. Since 2019, he has used AI and ML to improve UTI management, leading to the creation of UTIWizard Inc to advance pediatric healthcare.
Ashley Windham D.O
Clinical Advisor
Dr. Windham, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2015. She completed her residency and a Hematopathology fellowship at Baylor Scott & White, followed by fellowships in Transfusion Medicine/Blood Banking and Clinical Informatics at UTHSCSA. During her informatics training, she earned an MS in Data Analytics at UTSA.
Bradley Brimhall M.D
Clinical Advisor
Dr. Brimhall, Professor of Pathology at UT Health San Antonio, directs Laboratory Medicine, Clinical Informatics, and the Clinical Informatics Fellowship. He earned his M.D. at Stanford, trained at Brigham and Women’s/Harvard, and completed hematopathology training at UTHSCSA. With an M.P.H. from Harvard and a bioinformatics certificate, he focuses on predictive models and AI/ML in healthcare data and histopathology images.
Theresa Barton M.D
Clinical Advisor
Dr. Barton is board certified in Pediatric Infectious Diseases. Her clinical interests include pediatric/adolescent HIV, sexually transmitted infections, and global health. She has worked extensively in global settings, incuding Haiti, Rwanda, South Africa and Laos. She previously served as the Chief Medical Officer for the Baylor International Pediatric AIDS Corps, overseeing training and development of the Baylor Global Health Corps.
Deepak Kamat M.D, Ph.D
Board member / Clinical Advisor
Dr. Deepak Kamat, Professor of Pediatrics and Vice Chair at UT Health San Antonio, earned his MBBS and PhD from the University of Bombay and completed his Pediatrics residency and fellowship at the University of Minnesota. He has held leadership roles at the University of Minnesota and Children's Hospital of Michigan, received numerous teaching awards, authored over 250 publications, and edited several pediatric textbooks. He is active in medical societies and on the AAP National Conference planning committee.
Alvaro Moreira M.D, M.Sc
Chief Health AI Officer
Dr. Moreira, a Neonatologist at University Health and Associate Professor at UT Health San Antonio, completed his medical training at UT Medical Branch Galveston and holds a Master's in Clinical Investigation. He has authored over 90 articles on bronchopulmonary dysplasia and bioinformatics, with research funded by an NIH NICHD K23 award. He leads protocols for complex neonates and directs the Physician Assistant Neonatology Residency Program.
Carmen Sanchez MS, BBA
Board member, CFO and Data Analyst.
Ms. Sanchez is a consultant in data analysis and architecture with over 30 years of experience in healthcare administration. She holds a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University and a Bachelor's in Accounting from St. Mary’s University. Certified as an MCSM and SCSM, her expertise includes Patient Access, Hospital Accounting, Finance, Budget, Decision Support, Quality Improvement, Hospital Operations, and Risk Management. She has contributed to numerous research projects, including studies on COVID-19, advanced primary care, and trauma care costs.
